Huskers Aim To Ace B1G Test

Lincoln, Neb. - The No. 4 Nebraska men's gymnastics team will face its biggest test of the season on March 24, taking on No. 3 Minnesota and No. 9 Iowa at the last home meet and regular meet of the season. A win for the Huskers will keep the team undefeated in the Big Ten Conference. Nebraska also looks for its fifth consecutive win of the season for the first time since 1993. At the 2 p.m. competition, the Huskers will honor eight seniors in celebration of senior day.

Huskers Win Fourth Consecutive Meet

State College, Pa. – The Nebraska men's gymnastics team adds another notch to its belt after defeating Penn State 404.500 – 401.550 in State College, Pa. This marks the fourth consecutive win of the season, a feat that hasn't been accomplished since 1999. Anton Stephenson led the way for the Big Red, claiming the floor (14.65) and vault title (14.85). Jake Bonnay also had an impressive meet, sharing the high bar title with a score of 13.60. On top of it all, the Huskers remain undefeated in Big Ten conference meets.

Huskers Fight For Fourth Straight Win

State College, Pa. - The No. 2 Nebraska men's gymnastics team looks for its fourth straight win against the Penn State Nittany Lions in State College, Pa., on March 17. The Huskers have not won four consecutive meets in the regular season since 1999. A first-place finish for the Huskers will also keep the team undefeated in Big Ten Conference meets.

King Selected As Nissen-Emery Award Finalist

Huskers Snatch Arnold Classic Title

Columbus, Ohio – Week after week the Nebraska men's gymnastics team continues to impress. This weekend deemed no different as the No. 5 Huskers took first place at the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio. Nebraska finished with 404.000 over No. 4 Ohio State (401.600) and No. 11 Air Force (390.250). Jake Bonnay, Alex Magsam and Anton Stephenson paved the way for NU, claiming event titles. Bonnay grabbed the floor title (13.90), Magsam claimed the rings title (14.05) and Stephenson again claimed the vault title (14.85). The Huskers' first-place finish in Columbus solidifies a regular-season sweep of both Ohio State (3-0) and Air Force (2-0).

Columbus, Ohio - The No. 5 Nebraska men's gymnastics team faces the No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes and the No. 11 Air Force Falcons at the Arnold Classic on Saturday, March 3 at 12:30 p.m. (CT). Competition will take place at the State Fair Grounds in Columbus, Ohio. A first-place finish for the Huskers would mean a regular-season sweep of both teams.

Iowa City, Iowa – The No. 5 Nebraska men's gymnastics team hit another landmark this season as they beat Iowa at Carver Arena for the first time since 2005. The Huskers topped the Hawkeyes 402.800 – 398.500 with a number of career-bests. Griffin Kehler led the way for the Huskers, claiming the floor title with a career-high 14.40. Antonio Castro shared the pommel horse title with senior Hawkeye Austin Hodges, as both gymnasts notched 14.20. Anton Stephenson also shared the vault title with Iowa's Dylan Ellsworth (14.85).

Iowa City, Iowa - The No. 5 Nebraska men's gymnastics team heads to Iowa City, Iowa to take on the No. 10 Hawkeyes on Friday, Feb. 23 at 8 p.m. After a weekend off due to the Winter Cup Challenge, the Huskers face a tough Hawkeye squad who is looking for their first win of the season.

Las Vegas, Nev. - Kyle King, Chris Stephenson and Griffin Kehler represented the Nebraska men's gymnastics team at the Winter Cup Finals on Saturday at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev. Kehler finished 19th, King finished 22nd and Stephenson finished 23rd overall out of 28 competitors.

Las Vegas, Nev. - Kyle King, Antonio Castro, Chris Stephenson, Josh Martin and Griffin Kehler of the Nebraska men's gymnastics team have been invited to represent the Huskers at the prestigious Winter Cup in Las Vegas, Nev., and will get a shot at making the USA National Team. 2016 Olympians Sam Mikulak and Alex Naddour, along with reigning U.S. champion and World bronze medalist Yul Moldauer are also expected to compete. The competition is a two-day event and will feature 48 senior athletes competing in the Preliminary sessions on Thursday, Feb. 15 at 6:30 p.m. The top 28 will qualify into finals on Saturday, Feb. 17 at 7:15 p.m. Top finishers at the finals will be selected to compete for the USA National Team.
