Team finals and individual preliminaries will take place Jan. 13, while the individual finals will take place Jan. 14. Competition begins at 6 p.m. on both nights.

After a top-seven national finish in 2016 and the program’s best finish since 1999, the Nebraska men’s gymnastics team is eager to build off that momentum in 2017. Nebraska hopes to set another milestone this season by advancing to the NCAA Team Finals for the first time since 1999 and finishing in the top six overall after missing the opportunity by .400 last season.

The Nebraska men's gymnastics team is ranked fifth in the Big Ten's Preseason Poll. The Huskers finished seventh overall at the 2016 NCAA Championships. It was the program's best finish since 1999.

Head Coach Chuck Chmelka announced the addition of three gymnasts to the Nebraska men’s gymnastics team on Wednesday. Zach Peters (Greenwood, Ind.), Griffin Kehler (Frisco, Texas) and Jonathan Scripnick (Milton, Ontario) will join the Huskers in 2018.
