Sritragul Leads Huskers at East & West

Kate Smith earned a collegiate career-best runner-up finish to lead the Nebraska women's golf team to a runner-up finish at the UNO Invitational at ArborLinks Golf Course on Saturday. Smith, a sophomore from Detroit Lakes, Minn., fired a three-round score of 221 (76-70-75) to finish seven strokes back of individual medalist Natalie Roth (214) from North Dakota State.

The Nebraska women's golf team opens its 2017-18 season at the UNO Invitational hosted by the University of Nebraska Omaha on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 1-2 at ArbrorLinks Golf Course in Nebraska City.
