2015 (Freshman)
Leslie Rowell made three appearances during her first season at Nebraska behind starting goalkeeper Erika Johnson. She recorded nearly eight minutes against then-No. 11 BYU on Aug. 31. Her highest number of minutes came on Sept. 18 at Michigan, when she played for nearly 32 minutes. Rowell registered more than three minutes at Northwestern on Oct. 15.

High School
Rowell attended Shattuck-St. Mary's School in Faribault, Minn., and competed under Coach Joe DeMay. She helped the Sabres U-18 team to a 30-7-6 record for the 2014-15 season. Rowell also assisted Shattuck-St. Mary's to an undefeated spring home season in 2015, recording a 16-0-3 record.

Other Information
During the club season, Rowell played for the Dakota Rev under Coaches Mikkey Denny Wright and Nels Dokken. She helped the Rev earn a trip to the Dana Cup semifinals in the spring of 2015. 

Personal Information
Leslie is the daughter of Bill Rowell and Betsy Marden. She has four sisters, Kira, Lillie, Anne and Emma, and a brother, Peter. Leslie is majoring in criminology and criminal justice at Nebraska.
