1969: Junior Season
Walline was a passrush terror and took part in 66 tackles during his junior season...Walline had 31 unassisted tackles...broke up two passes...earned honorable-mention All-Big Eight honors.

1968: Sophomore Season
Walline registered nine tackles during his sophomore season, including four unassisted...he also broke up one pass...Walline tallied two tackles for a loss of 12 yards...started at defensive tackle for the Huskers in 1968.
