Introducing the Nebraska Basketball Season Ticket Card

As we constantly look to improve the fan experience and make it a priority to find quality and innovative initiatives, Nebraska Athletics is excited to announce the new Season Ticket Card for the 2017-18 Men's and Women's Basketball seasons.

This optional ticket program will allow fans greater flexibility and convenience in managing their tickets while allowing them access to exclusive discounts and promotions. The Season Ticket Card will fit comfortably in any wallet so fans will no longer have to keep track of an entire season of paper tickets.

HOW IT WORKS

Season ticket holders will receive one card per ticket on their account. Bring the Season Ticket Card to each game and have it scanned to receive admission into Pinnacle Bank Arena.

Season ticket holders can also manage their tickets online by logging onto "My Account" and enjoying the following benefits of the card:
  • Transfer tickets for FREE
  • Print tickets at home
  • Access mobile features
  • Exclusive promotions and ticket discount opportunities

The Nebraska Athletic Department has seen an increase in the amount of invalid and fraudulent tickets rejected at the gates on gameday. Here is some helpful information on purchasing University of Nebraska Athletic Tickets.

Where should I purchase tickets and who is an authorized seller?

  • Purchase at Huskers.com/tickets, by calling 800-8-BIGRED, in person at the Nebraska Development & Ticketing Office, or at the event.
  • StubHub is the only University of Nebraska endorsed third party selling vendor.

How do I protect myself from ticket fraud?

  • The barcode is the most valuable piece of information on a ticket. Treat and protect the barcode as you would your bank and credit card information. The barcode is all that is needed to duplicate your tickets to use or sell, thus rendering your tickets worthless.
  • Buyer beware. When purchasing from an unauthorized seller, you as the buyer are assuming all risk.

What happens if my ticket is invalid at the gate?

  • If you experience issues with your tickets at the gate, please see a Nebraska Development & Ticketing staff member at the event.

Please contact Nebraska Athletics Development & Ticketing with any questions concerning ticket protection by calling 800-8-BIGRED or 402-472-3111 or emailing nebraska@huskers.com

Clear Bag Policy Implemented for Pinnacle Bank Arena

Beginning with the 2017-18 Nebraska Men's Basketball's season home opener, a clear bag policy has been implemented, limiting the size and type of bag that may be brought into the arena.

Following best safety practices of arenas around the country, limiting the size and type of bags carried into the arena will aid in maintaining safe and secure environments and improve the overall game day experience. Nebraska Athletics encourages fans not to bring any bags but have created a policy that balances fans needs with the need for improved safety and convenience.
