1996 Season
Kim Ratliff saw action in all 24 games in her senior season with the Huskers. As a co-captain, she recorded 30 shots, 20 of which were on goal. She scored 11 points on five goals and one assist. Coming off the bench, she helped provide a spark to the Husker team that finished 23-1-0 on the year and made an apperance in the third round of the NCAA Tournament. Her efforts won her the Huskers' Toughness Award.

1995 Season
Ratliff played in all 18 games for the Huskers in 1995, providing a spark off the bench. She began the season as a defender but was used more and more as a striker as the season wore on. She scored three goals and added one assist for seven total points on the season. Her efforts won the junior her second straight Husker Power Award. Off the field, Ratliff earned mention on the 1995 Big Eight Conference academic honor roll.

1994 Season
Ratliff was one of seven Huskers to start all 18 games, and her hard-nosed play enabled the Huskers to yield only 1.06 goals per game. Ratliff tallied three points on one goal and one assist. Her lone goal of the season came against Texas Tech. Ratliff's tough, determined effort was rewarded with NU's Toughness Award and Power Award.

1993 Season

Ratliff started for the Warriors' first-year soccer team and earned the Coaches Award as a freshman.

High School
Ratliff lettered four years at Millard South, leading the team to the state semifinals her senior year in 1993. She earned Nebraska Soccer Coaches Association first-team all-state and all-metro honors as a senior.

Personal Information
The daughter of Dale II and Laura Ratliff, Kim has two brothers, Dale III, 23, and Eric, 13. Kim was an education major and held a 3.38 grade-point average. She was born Nov. 8, 1974.
