Husker Divers Meet Tough Competition in Houston
|

Houston, Tex. -
The Nebraska divers competed in the three-meter dive on Thursday evening at the
CRWC Natatorium in Houston, Tex., as they began competition in the Phill Hansel
Invite. Kailey Harmon, Payton Michaud, Amy Herman, and Nicole Schwery were the
four Huskers who made the trip. They finished 18th, 22nd,
26th, and 28th, respectively.
Harmon posted a preliminary score of 255.80, missing the
finals by less than 13 points. Michaud (253.15), Herman (249.85) and Schwery (246.00)
weren't far behind.
Maren Taylor of the University of Texas took first place
with a final score of 370.60.
The Husker divers will be back in action on Friday, Nov. 16,
for Day Two of the Phill Hansel Invite. Check back in to Huskers.com for more
