Lincoln - The Nebraska baseball team and the
Husker Home Run Club will be hosting the Home Run Club Meet-N-Greet on
Saturday, Sept. 8, at Hawks Field. The event is scheduled to start at 9 a.m.
and admission is $5, while kids under the age of two are free.
There will
be an obstacle course and bounce house for kids, as well as opportunities for
autographs and a continental breakfast. Head Coach Darin Erstad will introduce
the 2013 team and kids will have the opportunity to run the bases with the
players before the team starts practice at 10:30 a.m. Everyone in attendance is
welcome to stay and watch the Huskers practice.
