2014-15 Outlook
Ross Dickson brings loads of experience to Nebraska’s roster this season, having competed in every tournament in 2013-14. Dickson looks to lead the Huskers as a senior with his steady play and focus.

Junior (2013-14)
The lone Husker to compete in every tournament in 2013-14, Dickson compiled a 74.56 stroke average in 34 rounds as a junior. He led the team in subpar rounds with six, while setting career bests in 18-hole score and 54-hole score during the spring season. His final-round 68 at the Desert Shootout helped him to a 2-under-par 214 total for the tournament, which earned him a tie for 34th.

Dickson's best finish of the season was a tie for seventh, which he achieved at the Oak Hill Intercollegiate. In the fall, Dickson tied for 13th at the Firestone Invitational with a 2-over-par 218 total. He led the Huskers in four tournaments during the 2013-14 campaign.

Sophomore (2012-13)
Dickson competed in every tournament during the fall season and made two starts in the spring for a 74.94 stroke average over 17 rounds. He opened the season as an individual at the Fairway Club Invitational, where he tied for ninth. Dickson notched his second consecutive top 10 and best finish of the season in the following tournament, tying for third at the D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate. His two subpar rounds during the season came at the tournament, as he fired back-to-back 70s in the second and third rounds.

Freshman (2011-12)
In his first year with the Huskers, Dickson appeared in 11 of 12 tournaments, earning the team’s third-best stroke average at 76.81 in 31 rounds. Dickson posted his best finish, a tie-for-31st, at the Mizzou Intercollegiate during the spring. He carded one even-par round during his freshman campaign, which occurred in the second round of the Jackrabbit Invitational.

Dickson was named to the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll for his work in the classroom during both semesters.

While there, he was the 2010 Middlesex County Boys (Under 18) Champion, 2010 Middlesex County Youths (Under 21) Champion and 2010 Crews Hill Club Champion. In addition, Dickson earned 2010 Middlesex County Men’s Match Play runner-up honors.
