Fans Encouraged to Arrive Early for Senior Night
Senior Night Ceremonies Set for 7:45 p.m.
Lincoln - As Wednesday marks the final Husker basketball game in the Devaney Center, several pregame events are planned to help honor the 2012-13 seniors and celebrate the final season of the Devaney Center.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early on Wednesday, as Husker legends Dave Hoppen, Eric Piatkowski and Erick Strickland will have a free autograph session on the main concourse beginning at 7 p.m. All three are members of the Nebraska Basketball Hall of Fame, while Hoppen and Piatkowski are two of the three Huskers to have their jersey retired at Nebraska.
In addition, the first 10,000 fans on Wednesday will also receive a free Devaney Legends poster, while all concession stands will have throwback prices on 24-ounce Pepsi products and popcorn for $1 apiece* throughout the evening.
Senior Night ceremonies will begin at 7:45 for Andre Almeida, Dylan Talley and Brandon Ubel, as the trio will be featured with a special tribute video before they take the Devaney Center court for the final time as Huskers.
In addition, halftime ceremonies will feature the unveiling of the All-Devaney team, comprising the top five vote-getters from a Huskers.com fan poll throughout February, as well as a special video tribute to the 37 seasons at the Devaney Center.
