Huskers Fall to Wisconsin
Madison, Wis,- The No 69. Nebraska mens tennis team (10-14) fell 6-1 to No. 62 Wisconsin on Sunday, April 21, at the Nielsen Tennis Stadium. This puts the Huskers conference record at 2-9.
The Huskers finished two close matches at No. 1 and 2 doubles, but were unable to secure the doubles point. At No. 1 doubles Dusty Boyer and Marc Herrmann lost 8-6 to Billy Bertha and Alexander Kostanov. The piar of Brandon Videtich and Bradford Zitsch were defeated 8-6 as well by Alexander Kokorev and Oskar Wikberg.
The Huskers struggled in singles, managing only a single victory at No. 3 singles. Marc Herrmann knocked off Billy Bertha 6-3, 6-4.
