Husker Men Ranked 11th Nationally

The Nebraska men’s track and field team comes in at No. 11 in the latest set of National Computer Rankings, compiled by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

The Huskers just missed making the top 10 this week, while Florida moved up to the No. 1 spot. Texas A&M, Arkansas, Oregon and Georgia round out the top five on the men’s side. For the women, Texas is first, followed by Florida, Texas A&M, Oregon and Georgia.

The Huskers’ are the top-ranked Big Ten team for the men, while Illinois is 14th, Wisconsin is 18th and Penn State is 19th. Penn State leads the women, coming in at 16th, while Michigan is 20th.

The Huskers will travel to Iowa this weekend for the Musco Twilight in Iowa City.
