Friday's Baseball Game with New Mexico Cancelled

Lincoln - The Nebraska baseball team announced on Thursday night that Friday's home opener with New Mexico has been cancelled and will not be made up. The two teams are scheduled to play on Saturday at 1:05 p.m. and Sunday at 12:05 p.m.

Nebraska will start junior Brandon Pierce on Saturday and junior Christian DeLeon on Sunday.

Fans can use Friday's ticket for general admission to any of Nebraska's other 20 home games this season.
