The Fastbreakers Booster Club will hold its first Husker Roundball Run in Lincoln on Saturday, April 27, beginning at 9 a.m.
The event will include 5K and 1.5-mile runs on the University of Nebraska's East Campus to provide fun and fitness for fans and runners or walkers of all ages.
Adult registration fee is $30, while youth 13 and under can register for just $15. Entrants will receive an official Roundball Run T-shirt and a Husker party with continental breakfast and door prizes will be available following the events.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Fastbreakers Booster Club and the Nebraska women's basketball program.
Fans can register on-line at www.huskers.com/donate. Entrants are encouraged to register by Monday, April 8 to guarantee T-shirt size requests.

Each participant will receive:
- An official Husker Roundball Run T-Shirt (only registrations received by Monday, April 8 will be guaranteed their requested T-shirt size)
- Husker Party with Continental Breakfast following the run
A clock will be placed at the finish line, but no official timing devices will be used at the event. Runners are encouraged to wear their best Husker gear, with a prize following the race presented to the runner who shows the most Husker spirit.

Husker Roundball Run sponsorship proceeds will benefit the Fastbreakers Booster Club in support of Nebraska women's basketball.
In order for logos to appear on run T-shirts, forms with payment and logo must be submitted to the Huskers Athletic Fund Office no later than Monday, April 8.
Forms with payment and logos to appear on route direction signage must be submitted no later than Monday, April 15.
