She earned honorable-mention All-Big Ten accolades as a freshman. Livingston played at the 1999 World Junior Championships as a member of the U.S. Junior National Team. As a junior she was named a first-team All-American and Big Ten Co-Player of the Year, as she helped the Badgers to a 28-3 record and a Big Ten team title. In her senior season she was once again honored as first-team All-American, becoming the first two-time first-team volleyball All-American at UW.

After her time at Wisconsin, Livingston played volleyball professionally in Turkey, Italy, Greece, Puerto Rico, the Netherlands, Indonesia and Spain. In September of 2007, she was inducted into the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame.

A native of Simi Valley, Calif., she was selected as one of the country’s Fab 50 volleyball players, was named to the Los Angeles Times All-Area team in 1997 and helped lead her team to a second-place finish in the 1998 Junior Olympics.
