Lincoln - Nebraska Coach Bo Pelini and the Huskers met with members of the media Monday at Memorial Stadium to discuss Saturday's Big Ten Legends Division battle with Michigan State.

Kickoff between the Huskers (7-2, 4-1 Big Ten) and the No. 14 Michigan State Spartans (8-1, 5-0 Big Ten) is set for 2:30 p.m., with live television coverage on ABC inside the Big Ten region. Outside the Big Ten region, the game will be carried on ESPN2.

Nebraska stayed in the hunt for the Big Ten Legends Division title with its second straight fourth-quarter comeback this past Saturday. Ameer Abdullah's five-yard touchdown catch and run off an option pitch from Tommy Armstrong Jr., with two minutes left gave the Huskers a 17-13 win.

Armstrong and Abdullah led the offense, along with receivers Quincy Enunwa and Kenny Bell at Michigan, while Nebraska's defense dominated the Wolverines. The Blackshirts notched season highs with 16 tackles for loss and seven sacks, holding Michigan to negative-21 yards rushing.

While the Spartans were off last week, they also held Michigan to a massive negative rushing total two weeks ago on their way to a 29-6 win over the rival Wolverines. MSU leads the Big Ten in five major defensive categories, including total defense, scoring defense, rushing defense, pass defense and pass efficiency defense. The Spartans are surrendering just 11.6 points and 210.2 total yards per game.
