2019 (Sophomore)
Megan Verceles Carr saw a significant increase in competition time during her sophomore season and became a consistent competitor in the vault and uneven bars lineup. She set three career highs this season, on vault she hit her highest mark four times with the latest coming at the NCAA Ann Arbor Regional on April 5, on uneven bars she hit her high twice with a 9.90, the latest coming against Minnesota on Feb. 9 and on balance beam her high of 9.675 came against UCLA on Jan. 4.

Outside the gym, she was named to the Nebraska Scholar Athlete Honor Roll for her fall semester as well as being named to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team for the second time in her career.

2018 (Freshman)
Verceles Carr contributed in five meets on the year while adding depth on vault.  She scored a season-high 9.825 on vault at Oklahoma.  She also scored 9.750 on vault at the Masters Classic on March 4. She joined the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in 2018.

Before Nebraska
Verceles Carr trained at West Valley Gymnastics School in Campbell, Ca, under coaches Paul Duron and Judy Sun. A level 10 gymnast, Verceles Carr was a four-time J.O National Qualifier. At the 2017 J.O. National Championships, she tied for third on beam, while posting an eighth-place finish in the all-around. Verceles Carr won the Region 3 beam championship in both 2015 and 2017, and she won titles at the Northern California State Championships in 2013 on bars and in the all-around, and in 2014 on vault.

The daughter of Marisa Verceles and Carl Carr, Megan was born on July 5, 1999. She has one older brother, Wesley. Verceles Carr graduated from Los Gatos High School in 2017 and is majoring in marketing and earned a spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall of 2018. She was Nebraska's Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner for women's gymnastics in 2019. She was also a member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team and 2018 and 2019.
