Lincoln -- Returning to practice for the first time since the Colorado game, the Huskers moved inside to the Cook Pavilion as a winter snowstorm hit Lincoln.  Today’s practice was the first of four this week as NU turns its attention to playing Michigan State in the Dec. 29 Alamo Bowl.  It was a short practice, but Interim Head Coach Bo Pelini said “The team practiced hard.  I feel like we got a good amount of work done.”

Pelini said the weather was not a factor as everyone made it to practice and noted that the Huskers are “healthier than they have been” and that they moved around well.

Nebraska will practice again on Thursday and Friday at 3:30 p.m., and at a time to be determined on Saturday.  Next week Nebraska will arrange its annual pre-bowl press conference and its practice schedule around finals week commitments.  The schedule will be announced at a later date.
