Schwery Finishes Zone Meet for Huskers

Minneapolis, Minn. - Nicole Schwery held her preliminary position, finishing 10th in the platform dive to conclude Nebraska's competition at the Zone D Diving Meet on Wednesday morning at the University of Minnesota's Aquatic Center.

Schwery recorded her best score of the day, 261.50, finishing 10th in the prelimary round of the platform competition. The sophomore then held her 10th-place spot, posting a finals score of 260.70 for the Huskers.

Anna Filipcic, who qualified for the NCAA Championships in the three-meter dive on Tuesday, is the lone Husker competing at the national meet. Filipcic will return to Minneapolis for competition running March 20-22. Check back in to and follow @HuskerSwim on Twitter for updates.
