Lincoln, Neb. - Nebraska Head Coach Bill Spangler announced the addition of two golfers on Wednesday who will join the Huskers in 2013-14.

Ian Hagener will become the fifth member of the team from Arizona, joining Aaron Wong, Nathan Wong, Kolton Lapa and Matt Record. Justin Jennings hails from Texas, where senior Neil Dufford is from.

Hagener comes to Nebraska with experience at Desert Mountain High School as well as on the Junior Golf Association of America. He was the No. 1 player on Desert Mountain for all four years and earned Scottsdale All-City accolades in 2011 and 2012. Hagener was featured in Golfweek magazine following his victory at the Silverado Open by eight strokes. In addition, Hagener won the Southwest Section PGA Ocotillo Open.

Jennings joins Nebraska after competing at Canyon Randall High School, where he has been named Team MVP on three occasions. Over the summer Jennings competed in several national tournaments, placing first at the AJGA Payne Stewart Qualifier in July. Additionally, he finished fourth at the USGA Junior Amateur Qualifier in June. In high school competition Jennings won the UIL Amarillo Relays in March, while finishing fourth at the 3-4A
