Rox Rasmussen joined the Nebraska Athletic Department as a full-time employee in 2008, and serves as the director of concessions events.

Rasmussen has worked with the Husker Licensing and Concessions Office for 12 years, helping to coordinate concessions at the Bob Devaney Sports Center, Memorial Stadium, Hawks Field and the NU Coliseum.

Rasmussen previously served 30 years as an employment associate for the Nebraska Department of Education.

Rasmussen and her husband, Scott, have two daughters, Tayna and Miranda. Tayna and her husband, Brian Rezac have two sons, Hudson and Cooper.
