--Reservation will be accepted until capacity is reached each day. Students must use their 8-digit UNL ID number to sign up and can make reservations for as many days as they wish during the current semester. N-Cards will be scanned at the Hewit Center Dining Facility to verify reservations and meal plans.Students unable to make a reservation can still eat, but must pay the walk-in rate of $7.80, regardless of their meal plan.Lunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sports Nutrition is a major component for physical development, and should not be overlooked. At Nebraska, student-athletes create individual sports nutrition plans to accelerate their health and performance goals under the direction of a licensed dietitian. With a professional staff of nearly 20 dedicated employees here to serve the needs of student-athletes, the Nebraska Training Table’s convenient location in Memorial Stadium makes eating healthy and flavorful food easy. Every recipe served has been standardized by an American Culinary Federation Executive Chef, and implemented under the direction of a veteran foodservice management team. Each food is uniquely labeled with nutrition facts pertinent to collegiate student-athletes. Nebraska Sports Nutrition encourages positive lifestyle choices that serve student-athletes both in their athletic careers and into their future endeavors. |
