Lincoln, Neb.- The No. 14 Nebraska wrestling team didn't allow a takedown in its first four matches in route to a dominating performance over the Arizona State Sun Devils, 35-8, Friday night at the NU Coliseum. The Huskers improved their overall record to 12-4 on the year, while Arizona State dropped to 5-10.

The Huskers jumped on the Sun Devils early as Ross Grande (NU) broke his seven-dual losing streak with a 7-2 decision victory over Tai Fukumoto (ASU) at 149-pounds. The sophomore used a takedown in each period to claim the victory over Fukumoto.

After Tyler Koehn's (NU) win by forfeit at 157-pounds, No. 1 Jordan Burroughs stretched the Huskers lead to 14-0 with his 11th technical fall victory of the season over Te Edwards (ASU). After a slow start which saw Burroughs with a 2-1 lead after the first period, the senior erupted in the last two periods and pulled away for the win, 21-6. The Sicklerville, N.J. native is 26-0 on the season and 16-0 in dual competition. With his eight takedowns on Friday, Burroughs has now accumulated 104 takedowns in dual matches, while not giving up a single one.

At 174-pounds, Caleb Kolb (NU) won by forfeit and was followed by No. 10 Josh Ihnen (NU) at 184-pounds, where he shutout Jake Meredith (ASU), 5-0, to extend Nebraska's lead to 23-0. Ihnen improved his season record to 22-6 and has won three straight duals.

Newly ranked Andy Johnson (NU) continued his strong wrestling at 197-pounds as he defeated Luke Macchiaroli (ASU), by decision, 3-1. No. 14 Johnson has won six-straight duals and is tied for second on the team in dual wins with 12.

ASU got its only two victories of the dual in the next two matches as Levi Cooper (ASU) upset No. 10 Tucker Lane (NU) in the sudden victory period, and No. 2 Anthony Robles won by technical fall over freshman Shawn Nagel (NU) at 125-pounds.

Nebraska finished the dual with two-straight victories from Ridge Kiley (NU) and Mike Koehnlein (NU). Kiley gave the Huskers their second shutout of the dual after he defeated Kalin Goodsite (ASU), 4-0, while Koehnlein finished the dual in style by pinning Carlos Castro (ASU) in 6:20.
