Husker Starting Five Pack On Sale Now

By NU Athletic Communications

Husker fans have a new opportunity to follow the Nebraska women's basketball team at Pinnacle Bank Arena this season by creating their own "Starting Five Mini Plan".

Nebraska fans will be able to choose two non-conference games and three Big Ten contests to create their own five-game ticket package for a price of just $55 per person for reserved seats.

Starting Five Mini Plan tickets went on sale Friday, Oct. 6. Single-game tickets for Nebraska women's basketball games at Pinnacle Bank Arena will go on sale to the public on Nov. 1.

Nebraska women's basketball's 2017-18 season includes a dynamic home schedule with marquee non-conference games against Arkansas (SEC), Creighton (BIG EAST), Clemson (ACC) and Washington State (PAC-12), before a loaded Big Ten home schedule begins with Ohio State (Dec. 28) and includes Michigan (Jan. 13), Iowa (Jan. 16), Purdue (Jan. 24), Illinois (Feb. 1), Maryland (Feb. 4), Wisconsin (Feb. 11, Pink Game) and Penn State (Feb. 22, Senior Day).

While the Starting Five Mini Plan provides Husker fans with an exciting new option, Nebraska women's basketball season tickets are still on sale now as one of the best deals in Big Red sports. Reserved seats for the entire home season of Nebraska women's basketball (17 games, including exhibition) are just $170, while adult general admission season tickets are just $85. GA season tickets for youth and senior citizens are just $51, making Nebraska women's basketball an outstanding and affordable option for the entire family.

The Huskers tip off their 2017-18 home schedule on Sunday, Nov. 5 with an exhibition game against Minnesota State-Mankato. Nebraska's regular-season opener will come against SIU Edwardsville at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Saturday, Nov. 11.
