Huskers Remain On Top
The Nebraska bowling team has remained in the top spot in the nation in the latest National Tenpin Coaches Association poll, released Thursday.
The Huskers received 26 out of a possible 43 first-place votes. After starting the season in the No. 2 spot and earning their way to the top in the December poll, the Huskers again took the top spot in the February poll.
The top-ten teams remain the same as the poll released in December with McKendree coming in second, receiving 17 first-place votes. Arkansas State and Vanderbilt maintain their third and fourth-place spots, respectively. Sam Houston State also retained their spot in fifth-place.
The Huskers will return to competition this weekend at the Crusader Classic in Richton Park, Ill.
