By NU Athletic Communications

The Big Ten Conference announced its 2018 fall sports TV schedule on Wednesday, which includes one Nebraska soccer match.

The Huskers’ tilt against Penn State on Thursday, Sept. 27 in University Park, Pa., will be televised on the Big Ten Network. Kickoff for the match is set for 5 p.m. (CT). Last season, the Nittany Lions won the Big Ten Tournament before advancing to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament and finished 2017 with a 15-5-4 record.

The Big Ten’s women’s soccer TV coverage features 16 regular-season contests and four games of the Big Ten Tournament. BTN will show 14 of the regular-season games, while ESPNU will televise two matches.

One of the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals on Sunday, Oct. 28 will be shown on BTN at a host campus site. Both semifinal matches on Friday, Nov. 2 from a neutral site will be on BTN as well as the championship final on Sunday, Nov. 4. The neutral site selected to host the final three games of the Big Ten Tournament will be announced at a later date.
