Huskers Announce Spring Schedule
Lincoln, Neb. – The Nebraska soccer team released its 2019 spring schedule on Wednesday, which features two home games as well as trips to Iowa, Missouri and Colorado.
NU opens with Drake on Sunday, March 3 at the Hawks Championship Center at 2 p.m. (CT). One week later, the Huskers host intrastate foe Omaha at the Hawks Championship Center at 1 p.m.
Following its two home games, Nebraska hits the road to face Big Ten foe Minnesota and former conference brethren Missouri and Colorado. NU faces the Golden Gophers in Ankeny, Iowa on Saturday, April 6. Minnesota won last year’s Big Ten Tournament to earn an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament, where the Golden Gophers advanced to the second round.
The Huskers battle Missouri on Saturday, April 13 at Swope Park in Kansas City, Mo. NU’s final game of the spring season is set for Saturday, April 20 in Boulder, Colo., against the Colorado Buffaloes.
All five games are free admission.
