Huskers Strong at at Big Red Invitational

Lincoln, Neb.- The Nebraska women’s bowling team went 4-1 today at the annual Big Red Invitational. A total pinfall of 9,685 lands the Huskers in second place heading into Sunday’s match play.

Estefania Prieto led the Huskers in the individual standings with her average of 223.6. Meghan Straub finished close behind with her average of 222, good for a fourth-place finish.

The Huskers will face Drury in the opening round of the best-of-seven Baker format championship tournament on Sunday morning at 8:55 a.m. (CT).
