Welcome to the University of Nebraska. This page has been created to assist fans and visitors in learning more about the Husker Athletic Programs, including our Mission, History and the Success we have enjoyed on the field and in the classroom.

Hall of Fame and three-time national champion football coach Tom Osborne assumed the role of Nebraska's Interim Athletic Director on Oct. 16, 2007. He was named NU's full-time A.D. on Dec. 19, 2007. Osborne, who has most recently served the state of Nebraska in the U.S. House of Representatives, is one of the winningest college football coaches of all time with 255 victories in his 25 seasons as NU's coach from 1973 to 1997.

This page also features links to Athletic Department and NCAA Reports, including our EADA Gender Equity Report and our Annual Report. If you have a suggestion of anything else you would like to see on this page, e-mail me with your suggestion, and we will try to incorporate it on the site. Thank you for your interest and support of Husker Athletics and  Go Big Red!
