Senior (2004-05) 
Lincoln native Beth Anne Bryson (Cherry) finished her career at Nebraska at the Chip-N Club Tournament in Lincoln, Sept. 19-20 where she tied for 32nd with a score of 259 (90-88-82). Bryson produced a career stroke average of 83.27 in her four years with the Huskers.

Bryson earned first-team academic All-Big 12 again in 2005 and earned a spot on the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll for Spring 2005.

Junior (2003-04)
Bryson competed in three fall tournaments, highlighted by a tie for 12th (78-78-80-236) at the Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational. She also saw action at the Embassy Suites/Tyson Invitational (tied for 50th) and the Chip-N Club Invitational (50th).

Sophomore (2002-03)
Bryson opened the season by tying for 25th (79-73-77-229) at the Ram Fall Classic, but struggled the rest of the season. She posted six sub-80 rounds to open the year, but managed just three sub-80 rounds over her final 27 rounds. She finished in a tie for 81st at the NCAA Central Regional and finished 126th at the NCAA Championships. She finished the season with an 84.09 stroke average over 33 rounds. Bryson earned first-team academic All-Big 12 honors.

Freshman (2001-02)
Bryson posted an 81.58 stroke average while emerging as NU's fifth starter during the spring. She gained valuable postseason experience as a member of NU’s NCAA Central Regional qualifying team. She fired a career-low round of 72 in the opening round of the Pioneer Highlands Ranch Intercollegiate, where she finished in a tie for 26th place.

High School/Amateur
A four-time all-state selection, Bryson won Class A state titles in 1998 and 2000 while playing for Lincoln Southeast. Her first-round 75 in 1998 still stands as a state tournament low. Bryson led the Knights to back-to-back team titles in 1999 and 2000. During Bryson’s senior season, she was coached by Dick Krapfl, NU Coach Robin Krapfl’s husband. She was named the Nebraska Junior Amateur of the Year in 2000 after taking titles at the Nebraska Girl’s Junior Match Play and the Lincoln Women’s City Championship. She won her second city title in the summer of 2002.

Personal
The daughter of Mary Jo and Tom Cherry, Beth Anne was born April 23, 1983, in Lincoln. She married former NU men's golfer Kevin Bryson in the summer of 2004. She is an elementary education major and owns a 3.687 grade-point average.
