Jacque Kidder played in 24 games with one start in her only season as a freshman at Nebraska in 1977-78. The 5-7 guard from York, Neb., earned a letter following her freshman campaign when she scored 68 points, grabbed 26 rebounds and had 11 assists.
She averaged 2.8 points and 1.1 rebounds per game to help the Huskers to a 12-14 record in 1977-78.
Kidder earned all-class, all-state honors after leading York High School to the Class B state title as a senior.
The daughter of Jack and Corrinne Kidder, Jacque was born April 19, 1959 in York. She was a physical education major at Nebraska.
