Huskers Talk About Road Trip to Penn State

By NU Athletic Communications

Nebraska Coach Bo Pelini and the Huskers met with members of the media on Monday at Memorial Stadium to discuss No. 19 Nebraska's road game at Penn State Saturday. The Huskers (7-2, 3-2 Big Ten) are facing their second top-15 team in the past three games.

The Nittany Lions enter their final home game of the season with an 8-1 overall record, a 5-0 mark in Big Ten Conference play and a No. 12 national ranking. The only unbeaten team in conference play this season, Penn State is looking to clinch at least a share of the Leaders division title with a win on Saturday.

The game will be the first meeting between the Huskers and Nittany Lions since an 18-10 Nebraska win in Lincoln in 2003. In the last meeting at Penn State, the unranked Nittany Lions upset the eighth-ranked Huskers, 40-7. Penn State leads the all-time series, 7-6-0, including a 5-1-0 advantage in University Park.

Nebraska's game at Penn State will be televised live on ESPN at 11 a.m. (Central).
