Adam Julch made it through his senior season, but took his fair share of bumps and bruises along the way.  Julch battled back spasms, a chronic elbow injury, a sprained ankle and a couple of deep thigh bruises, but started every game for the Huskers in 1999.  A team captain, Julch was a team leader, particularly for the offensive line.  Julch was a three-time first-team academic All-Big 12 honoree and earned second-team GTE/CoSIDA All-District VII honors.

Julch started every game at left tackle in 1999 and had 70 pancakes with a career-best 10 vs. Kansas State.  He averaged 5.8 per game and had at least eight pancakes five times.
