NET to Broadcast NCAA Tournament Matches

By NU Athletic Communications
Lincoln - Fans who are unable to make it to Lincoln on Thursday night to watch the Huskers open the 2011 NCAA Tournament will be able to watch the match live on NET-1/HD.  NET Television and the Nebraska Athletic Department announced Wednesday that the Huskers' Thursday night match will air statewide on NET-1 and NET-HD. If the Huskers advance to Friday night's 7 p.m. second-round match against Wichita State or Kansas State, that match will also be broadcast live on NET-1 and NET-HD. Fans can also catch the match at BTN2Go.

Larry Punteney and Kathi Weiskamp will call the action from the NU Coliseum, as Nebraska will open NCAA Tournament play against the Jackson State Tigers at 7 p.m.

All of Nebraska's matches will also be available on selected Husker Sports Network stations, including B107.3 FM in Lincoln and Twister 93.3 FM in Omaha, and on Huskers.com.
