Parking on Nebraska's Innovation Campus for women's basketball is subject to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's parking policies, rules and regulations.
A $3 per vehicle, per event fee is in effect for women's basketball, beginning with the Oct. 30 exhibition game between the Huskers and Pittsburg State and continuing through the final game of the season on Senior Day against Ohio State on Feb. 26, 2012.
Women's basketball fans can purchase season parking passes from the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office for $54 (18 games) by calling toll free at 1-800-8-BIG-RED or by calling (402) 472-3111. A special 10-game parking pass book is also available for $27 and can also be purchased through the Athletic Ticket Office.
The same parking passes also can be purchased by calling UNL Parking Services at (402) 472-1800.
Courtside Seat holders (Lot 54) and Media (Lot 52) are instructed to enter the Innovation Campus area from the west side by using Antelope Valley Parkway and Military Avenue/West Entrance Road. Parking for Courtside Seat holders (Lot 54) and Media (Lot 52) is located on the south side of the Devaney Center.
Donors/Season Ticket parking for Nebraska women's basketball is available in Lots 51, 52, 56, 57 and 58 (with additional spaces available in Lot 55). Major public parking lots for the benefit of single-game payers on the day of the event are located on the east side of the Devaney Center, while Lot 59 has also been designated a public lot for women's basketball.
Fans paying cash the day of the game are encouraged to use Gate Entrances 2 & 4 on the south side of the Devaney Center off Salt Creek Roadway.
Public Parking Lots (From 27th Street):
Enter from the east on North Fair Park Drive, which winds around to the public cashier entrance into the north entrance of the lot. Please exit the same way you entered. From Military Road or Antelope Valley Parkway: Take the Saltcreek Expressway to the public cashier entrance and head north into public parking area. Please exit the same way you entered.
Lot 51 (Public): Enter from Antelope Valley Parkway (formerly 14th Street) onto West Entrance Road. Exit to Antelope Valley Parkway.
Lot 52 (Donor/Public/Media): Enter from the west at the intersection of Military Road and Antelope Valley Parkway. Take a right to curve around the west side of the Devaney Center to Court Street. Please exit the same way you entered.
Lot 54 (Courtside Seat Club Members): Enter from the west at the intersection of Military Road and Antelope Valley Parkway. Take a right to curve around the west side of the Devaney Center to Court Street. Please exit the same way you entered.
Lot 56 (Public): Enter from Antelope Valley Parkway heading north. Exit to Antelope Valley Parkway heading north.
Lot 55, 57 & 58 (Public): Enter from Antelope Valley Parkway to West Entrance Road. Exit to West Entrance Road to Antelope Valley Parkway.
Lot 59 (Public): Enter from 10th Street or Antelope Valley Parkway to Military Road. Exit to Antelope Valley Parkway heading North.
Disabled Parking: Disabled parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the north side of Lot 52 and on the street along the east side of the Devaney Center. Patrons must have a state-issued hang tag or license plate. Improperly parked vehicles or those found in a restricted area will be towed at owner's expense. Towed vehicles may be claimed by contacting the UNL Police at (402) 472-2222.
UNL Parking and Transit Services, along with Nebraska Athletics, manages all event-parking operations, including the parking and traffic management inside the lots and at the campus entrances. Prepaid donor/booster and general ticket-holder parking is available. Parking remains free for those attending live or simulcast horse racing at the grandstand.
Nebraska Innovation Campus parking areas are divided into two parking types: "UNL permit parking" areas that surround the Devaney Sports Center and "public parking" areas. Permit parking areas will operate under the established UNL parking policies, and be used for $3 per event parking and prepaid booster/donor parking for Devaney's athletic events and Ice Box events. All other parking activity must be authorized by Parking and Transit Services.
The Nebraska Innovation Campus Parking Operation Policy defines and organizes parking for daily campus parking operations, event-parking operations and parking lot maintenance.
The revenues obtained from parking fees at the campus cover operating and maintenance expenses.
