Huskers to Hold Public Practice on Saturday, Oct. 27

By NU Athletic Communications

The Nebraska wrestling team will hold a practice open to Husker fans at the Nebraska wrestling room at the Hendricks Training Complex on Saturday, Oct. 27, at 3 p.m., before the football team faces Michigan.

"We encourage Husker Wrestling fans, family and alumni to come watch the 2012-13 Husker Wrestling Team work out Saturday, October 27 before our football team takes on Michigan," Head Coach Mark Manning said in a statement. "We hope to see you there!"

Fans can spend the afternoon watching the 2012-13 Huskers prepare for the season, while also looking at the new wrestling mural which pays tribute to NU wrestlers of the past. The Nebraska wrestling room, which was completed in October of 2011, has four mats with an athletic medicine area and a cardio area adjacent to the mats.

Parking outside the Bob Devaney Sports Center will be available for $10 in the P Lot south of the Hendricks Training Complex.
