Huskers Finish Competition at USA Diving Winter Nationals

Three divers from the Nebraska diving team competed at the 2012 USA Diving Winter National Championships in Knoxville, Tenn from Dec. 15-22. The divers competed in the 1-Meter springboard and the 3-Meter springboard competition. 

Kaitlan Walker and Alyson Ramsey teamed up in the 3M synchronized competition and earned a ninth-place overall finish. The team's score of 464.04 was 187.56 off of the top score, posted by Duke University. 

Walker also finished fifteenth in the 3M springboard preliminary event. Her score of 245.95 was 40.30 points off of the top score. Ramsey finished 53rd in the same event (189.85) and Kailey Harmon finished 67th at 165.25.

The 1M event saw Walker finish 46th at 193.95. The winning score of the event was 247.95. Harmon winished 53rd (184.40) and Ramsey finished 58th at 175.65.
