Nebraska Divers Travel to Zone Diving Championships

The Nebraska diving team will be competing at the Zone D Diving Championships from March 8-10 in Iowa City, Iowa. The Zone Diving Championships is a qualifying meet for the NCAA Diving Championships, held March. 15-17 in Auburn, Ala.

Divers from Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Wisconsin will be competing at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center Pool on the University of Iowa campus. Kailey Harmon, Amy Herman, Alyson Ramsey, Kaitlan Walker and Payton Michaud will be representing Nebraska at the Zone D event.

The event will begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday morning with the women's 1-meter competition. Friday at 4:30 p.m. will see the 3-meter diving event take place and the event will conclude Saturday at 11 a.m. with the women's platform dive.
