Lincoln Nebraska Head Coach Mike Anderson announced Tuesday morning that Nebraska’s two-game series with North Dakota State, scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday at Hawks Field, has been cancelled because of inclement weather.

Strong thunderstorms rolled through the Lincoln area on Tuesday morning and the forecast for the next two days calls for continued showers and thunderstorms until Thursday.

Season-ticket holders and fans who had purchased single-game tickets for either of the two games against North Dakota State can utilize those tickets for general admission grass berm seating for any of the remaining regular-season home games during the 2007 season, based on seating availability.

The Huskers currently have home games scheduled against Kansas State (Friday-Sunday), nationally ranked Coastal Carolina (May 4-6) and Baylor (May 11-13).
