Omaha - Former Nebraska golfer Ryan Nietfeldt holds a four stroke lead heading into the final round of the Nebraska Amateur Championship at Happy Hollow Club after Wednesday's third round.

Nietfeldt scored a two-under-par 69 on Wednesday to move to four under par and reclaim the lead after surrendering it in the second round to current Husker senior Mike Coatman. Coatman carded a 77 on Wednesday to fall into a tie for third at two over par.

Thursday's final round will most likely be a four-man race. Andy Sajevic, a Charlotte 49er, is in second place at even par, while his father, John, is tied with Coatman for third at two over par. The next group of players is at seven over par.

Nietfeldt, the 2002 Amateur champion, played at Nebraska from 1995-99.
