Freshman (2014-15)
Audrey Judd made an immediate impact on the Husker lineup after coming to Nebraska as one of the top 100 players in the GolfWeek/Sagarin rankings for the Class of 2014.

The two-time Kansas Class 6A state champion at Olathe Northwest High School in 2012 and 2013, fired a three-round score of 233 (78-81-74) at Nebraska's season-opening Chip-N Club Invitational. Her performance at Wilderness Ridge Golf Course, Sept. 8-9, earned her a second straight lineup spot at the Minnesota Invitational, Sept. 15-16.

She continued her solid play in Minnesota, closing as the No. 2 Husker with a three-round total of 233 (78-76-79) to finish 45th at the Minikahda Club.

Judd earned a lineup spot at the GolfWeek Conference Challenge in Vail, Colo., Sept. 22-24, but she did not play in the tournament. She was replaced in the lineup by fellow freshman Emily Gillman.

Judd returned to the lineup for the Ron Moore Intercollegiate in Highlands Ranch, Colo., Oct. 10-12, where she tied for 48th with a 236 (81-80-75). She closed the fall season with a tie for 63rd (79-81-83-243) at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational in Hawaii, Oct. 22-23.

She missed Nebraska's spring opener at the Westbrook Invitational because of a foot injury, but returned three weeks to compete as an individual at the Clover Cup in Mesa, Ariz., March 13-15. Judd was NU's No. 3 finisher at the event, closing in a tie for 48th (78-78-79-235) at the Longbow Golf Club.

Judd returned to the Nebraska lineup for the first time this spring at the Mountain View Collegiate in Tucson, Ariz., March 20-21, producing the best tournament of her career. She fired a three-round score of 222 (74-73-75), slashing 11 strokes from her previous career best, to tie post NU's second-best individual finish at the tournament. Her effort included a career-best 73 in the second round.

She led the Huskers with a tie for 49th (80-78-76-234) at the SMU/Dallas Athletic Club Invitational, April 10-11. Judd closed the regular season with a 77.90 stroke average.

“Audrey has a lot of talent, and we want to mold her into a great player,” Nebraska Coach Robin Krapfl said. “Audrey is capable of coming in and competing for a spot in the starting lineup as a freshman. Audrey’s length is a tremendous advantage, and she is capable of going low. We love her attitude and desire to help Nebraska get back to the top of women’s golf.”
