Senior (1995-96)
Heidi Wall (Stark) capped a standout Husker career by becoming the first CoSIDA Academic All-American in Nebraska women's golf history. A standout on the course and in the classroom, Wall was a two-time NGCA Scholastic All-American and a two-time academic All-Big Eight pick after competing for just two-plus seasons for her homestate school.

A Lincoln native, Wall led Nebraska with a 79.11 stroke average while playing a team-best 38 rounds during the season. She joined teammate Rachelle Tacha in earning an individual trip to the 1996 NCAA Championships, tying for 59th place with a four-round total of 326.

Wall led the Huskers to their third straight NCAA West Regional appearance and matched Tacha by tying for 27th (233). Wall added a top-10 finish at the Big Eight Championships, firing a 242 to take 10th while Tacha won Nebraska's first-ever Big Eight individual crown.

Wall was Nebraska's top finisher in eight of 12 tournaments on the season, including a runner-up showing (238) at the Marilynn Smith/Sunflower Invitational, Oct. 16-17. She also tied for runner-up honors with a career-best 217 at the Northwest Women's Collegiate with rounds of 71-73-73. She opened the season with a fourth-place finish (231) at the Chip-N Club Invitational, and added her fourth top-10 finish in six fall tournaments by tying for eighth (155) at the weather-shortened San Diego State Fall Classic, Oct. 30-31.

As a senior, she produced five top-10 tournament finishes and eight top-20 showings.

Junior (1994-95)
In her first full season at Nebraska, Wall matched Michelle Patterson for the team lead with a 78.86 stroke average over 34 rounds. Wall competed in all 12 tournaments in the NU lineup and was the Huskers' top finisher in six events, including the 1995 NCAA West Regional where she fired a career-best 70 in the opening round to finish in a tie for 29th with 226. She helped the Huskers to a 12th-place team finish at the regional.

Wall posted four top-10 tournament finishes on the season, including a pair of tournament titles. She captured the first crown of her collegiate career with a win at the Husker Golf Classic, Oct. 3-4. She produced solid rounds of 76-75-78 to finish at 229. She added her second tournament title with a win at the Texas A&M Memorial, firing rounds of 72-73-77 to close with a season-best 222. She added a tie for second at the Memphis Intercollegiate, Sept. 25-27, after opening her junior season with a tie for eighth (240) at the Gopher Invitational.

Wall finished 14th (156) at the Utah-Dixie Classic and tied for 15th (158) at the River Wilderness Intercollegiate, as both tournaments were shortened by weather. She tied for 22nd (237) at the Diet Coke/Roadrunner Invitational and tied for 23rd at the Big Eight Championships to help the Huskers to a third-place team finish.

For her performances in the spring, Wall was named the Big Eight Golfer of the Month in March. Off the course, Wall earned NGCA Scholastic All-America honors and captured the first academic All-Big Eight award of her career.

Sophomore (Nebraska, Spring 1994)
Wall returned to her homestate to complete the second half of her sophomore season after competing during the fall campaign at the University of Georgia. She tied for 20th in her Nebraska debut at the Guadalajara Invitational, before posting a fourth-place finish at the Midwest Golf Classic. She added a ninth-place showing at the Utah-Dixie Classic.

Wall helped the Huskers to a fourth-place finish at the Big Eight Championships to secure their first-ever NCAA Regional bid. She notched Nebraska's second-best individual score at regionals with a 232 (79-77-76) over three rounds, as NU finished 16th in the 19-team event.

In 19 rounds for the Huskers, Wall produced a 79.00 stroke average that included a season-best round of 74 and a season-best three-round tournament score of 231.

Sophomore (Georgia, Fall 1993)

One of top prep golfers in the state of Nebraska, Wall chose to compete at the University of Georgia after a standout career at Lincoln Southeast High School. She competed in just nine rounds as a freshman, including a tie for 47th at the Georgia Preview.

High School/Amateur
Wall anchored a pair of state championship teams and collected one individual state title at Lincoln Southeast High School. In addition to her success on the golf course for Lincoln Southeast, she also competed in basketball, track and tennis for the Knights. Wall was the 1995 Nebraska Women's Match Play champion and participated in the 1995 U.S. Women's Amateur.
