A member of the Nebraska Athletics Department for eight years, Stacey Burling is Nebraska’s Director of Education & Engagement Programs in the Life Skills & Enrichment Department.
Burling’s responsibilities include facilitating community outreach requests seeking student-athletes, as well as coordinating all other major outreach events. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating the Husker Life Seminar, Letterwinner Induction Ceremonies, the annual Department of Athletics service abroad trip, as well as assisting with the annual Student-Athlete Recognition Banquet. Burling also serves as the Life Skills sport counselor for bowling, football, soccer, and women's tennis.
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Burling earned her bachelor's degree in sport management with a minor in business administration in 2009. She earned her master's degree in marketing, communication studies and advertising from the University of Nebraska in May 2012.
