The new Mitsubishi screen replay screen will be one of the largest in any college stadium in the United States, measuring 117-feet 7 1/8-inches wide by 33-feet-7 3/16-inches high, roughly five times the width of the original screens inside Memorial Stadium.

The new North HuskerVision board will contain 3,670,016 LEDs. Mitsubishi uses a unique signal process that utilizes a quad dot pattern systerm to provide extremely high resolution. The system will accept all graphic and broadcast signals, including HDTV, to bring fans closer to the action than ever.

In addition to running video the length of the screen, the new video board can be segmented to show live action, statistics, graphics and advertising to enhance fans' game-day experience.

In addition to the new screen in the North Stadium, two additional screens -- which are 24-feet wide by 21-feet high -- are larger than the original HuskerVision boards installed in 1994, when Memorial Stadium became the first college facility with video boards.
