The new Mitsubishi screen replay screen will be one of the largest in any college stadium in the United States, measuring 117-feet 7 1/8-inches wide by 33-feet-7 3/16-inches high, roughly five times the width of the original screens inside Memorial Stadium.

The new North HuskerVision board will contain 3,670,016 LEDs. Mitsubishi uses a unique signal process that utilizes a quad dot pattern systerm to provide extremely high resolution. The system will accept all graphic and broadcast signals, including HDTV, to bring fans closer to the action than ever. |

In addition to running video the length of the screen, the new video board can be segmented to show live action, statistics, graphics and advertising to enhance fans' game-day experience. |

In addition to the new screen in the North Stadium, two additional screens -- which are 24-feet wide by 21-feet high -- are larger than the original HuskerVision boards installed in 1994, when Memorial Stadium became the first college facility with video boards. |
