The Suh Strength Complex is a state of the art facility dedicated to maximizing an athlete's athletic potential.
Named in honor of one of the most decorated defensive players in NCAA history, the Ndamukong Suh Strength and Conditioning Center is one of the nation's finest facilities. Built in 2006, the weight room is one of the largest in the country. Widely regarded as a pioneer in the field of strength and conditioning and the premiere collegiate strength and conditioning prgram, Nebraska's strength and conditioning center is a unique, state of the art complex.
The strength and conditioning staff consists of five full-time staff members who work with Husker football student-athletes teaching proper strength and conditioning techniques, allowing them to reach their maximum potential.
The one-of-a-kind facility gives Husker student-athletes a technological and strategic advantage by combining state-of-the-art strength training innovation with top-notch coaching and programming. The Ndamukong Suh Strength and Conditioning Center contains a field turf agility track adjacent to the strength training equipment allowing for high impact strength programming on different dynamic surfaces.

This incredible facility helped me earn all the honors I was so privileged to receive while at Nebraska. When you combine the facility with Coach Dobson and his outstanding staff, there is not a better strength and conditioning program in the country." - Ndamukong Suh
Husker Power in the 21st Century
As part of an overall Nebraska Athletics partnership with Nebraska Global, a technological venture fund, Husker Power is continuing to innovate in the 21st Century. The East Stadium Expansion of Memorial Stadium includes a Nebraska Athletic Performance Lab dedicated to innovations in athletic performance.
One such innovation that has already born itself out is the use of EliteForm's innovative performance tracking software.
Workouts are captured using 3D cameras which provide real-time feedback to athletes. Post-workout analysis allows strength coaches to personalize workouts to help every athlete optimize their time in the weight room. Because everything is integrated, each athlete can adjust a workout in real-time based on changes they see in their velocity and power on each set.
