The Big 12 Conference has announced that Nebraska’s Oct. 25 home game against Baylor at Memorial Stadium will be televised by Versus, beginning at 11:30 a.m. CDT.

The game will mark the second straight appearance for the Huskers on Versus, as NU will take on Iowa State on the network this Saturday in Ames. This week’s telecast will also begin at 11:30 a.m. The Huskers’ contest with Baylor will also mark the fourth straight week Nebraska can be seen nationally. NU’s Oct. 4 game at Missouri was carried nationally by ESPN, while last week’s matchup at Texas Tech was televised nationally by FSN.

Versus is available in more than 70 million homes nationwide and is carrying several Big 12 Conference games, along with games from the Pac-10, Mountain West and Ivy League. In Omaha and Lincoln, Versus is available on the digital tiers of Cox and Time Warner, respectively. Versus can be found on Channel 231 on Cox Communications in Omaha and Channel 229 on Time Warner Cable in Lincoln. The network is also available on Direct TV (Channel 603) and DISH (Channel 151). For information on Versus in specific areas, please visit versus.com, or check with your local cable provider.

Other Big 12 games selected for telecast on Oct. 25 include: Texas Tech at Kansas (11 a.m., ESPN or ESPN2), Oklahoma at Kansas State (11:30 a.m., FSN), Oklahoma State at Texas (2:30 p.m., ABC), Colorado at Missouri (5:30 p.m., FSN).

Game times and television information for Nebraska’s games against Oklahoma, Kansas and Kansas State will be determined six to 12 days in advance. Nebraska’s Nov. 28 home game against Colorado will be carried nationally on ABC, beginning at 2:30 p.m.
