The Big 12 Conference and FSN have announced that Nebraska’s Oct. 22 game at Missouri will be televised on a regional basis by the network, with kickoff for the game set for 11:30 a.m. CDT.

The FSN appearance will mark Nebraska’s first of the 2005 season. The Huskers’ season-opener against Maine was produced by FSN and made available on a pay-per-view basis. It will also mark the fifth Nebraska game in 2005 that will be televised as part of the league’s television package. The Huskers’ games against Wake Forest and Texas Tech were televised nationally on TBS, with contests against Pitt and Iowa State televised regionally by ABC.

Other Big 12 Conference games on Oct. 22 selected for telecast were Texas Tech at Texas (2:30 p.m., ABC) and Baylor at Oklahoma (6 p.m., FSN).

Kickoff times for Nebraska’s games against Oklahoma, Kansas and Kansas State will be announced six to 12 days in advance of the game. The Huskers’ regular-season finale at Colorado on Friday, Nov. 26 will be televised nationally by ABC beginning at 2:30 p.m. CT.
