Below are some items for fans attending Saturday’s Red-White Spring Game, and fans who still wish to purchase tickets for the game.
· Approximately 7,000 tickets remain for Saturday’s contest. Those tickets can be purchased today on-line at Huskers.com, or through the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office by calling 1-800-8-BIG-RED or in person at the ticket office on Stadium Drive.
· Tickets will be sold on Saturday at three locations, beginning at 9 a.m. Fans may purchase tickets at the ticket windows at Gates 10 and 20, as well as the outside windows of the ticket office.
· With rain in the forecast, fans are reminded that umbrellas are not allowed inside Memorial Stadium.
· Gates to Memorial Stadium will open 90 minutes before kickoff at 11:30 a.m.
· The Husker Nation Pavilion will be open at 10 a.m. and is free for Husker fans.
· The majority of parking lots in close proximity to Memorial Stadium are reserved lots. UNL Parking Services will cashier Lot 9, 14th and Avery Parking Garage and other campus lots at a charge of $5 per vehicle.
· StarTran will be providing a shuttle service from two locations in Lincoln. The shuttles will be running to Memorial Stadium from SouthPointe Pavilions at 27th and Pine Lake Road (South side between VonMaur and Coldwater Creek) and from Lincoln North Star High School (27th and Folkways Boulevard). The service will begin operation two hours before kickoff with a continuous service to the East Stadium. The last buses will leave approximately 45 minutes before kickoff.
