Sophomore (1993-94)
Nebraska's first-ever women's golf recruit from the state of Texas, Kelly Kemper was a two-year letterwinner for the Huskers in 1993 and 1994 before leaving the team following her sophomore season.

During the fall of her sophomore season, Kemper shot a career-best 240 at the 1993 Husker Classic, including a career-best 79. She added a 39th-place showing while playing as an individual at the UNT/SMU Invitational in her homestate of Texas. She posted an 81.2 stroke average on the year.

In her two-year NU career, she managed an 84.8 stroke average over 10 career rounds.

Freshman (1992-93)
Kemper saw limited action as a true freshman at Nebraska, competing in five rounds while posting an 88.6 stroke average. She managed a season-best three-round tournament score of 250 with a best round of 80.

High School/Amateur
A Dallas Times-Herald Golfer of the Year during her career at Marcus High School, Kemper was Nebraska's first-ever recruit from the state of Texas in women's golf.

The daughter of Jerry and Luann Kemper, Kelly was born Oct. 5, 1973. She was a sociology major at Nebraska.
